DELIVERY POLICY

  • STANDARD DELIVERY

    • All packages travel via overnight courier for maximum freshness.

    • We are not responsible for the delays of courier service.

    • All of our packages are sent out within 2 - 3 days of receiving order, therefore we cannot give a precise delivery date, but it should arrive within 24 hours of postage.

    • At our checkout page, you'll be prompted to fill out your email address before proceeding to delivery. Once completed, you'll be able to select your delivery option.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • You may report an order to us if it is an unsatisfactory condition, be it opened, broken, torn or wrongly measured.

  • We do not accept returned goods, but suggest they be disposed of once evidence of their unsatisfactory elements has been taken.
